Cancellation Policy
Customers may contact us to cancel their order before it has been dispatched. In such cases, the order will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been shipped or dispatched.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an exchange may be required. We are happy to offer product exchanges for items of equal or greater value, provided that the exchange request is initiated within 1 day of receiving the original order.
Exchange Process
We provide two convenient options for exchanges:
Option 1: Self Pack & Ship

Pack – Securely pack the item you wish to exchange.

Ship – Send the package to our warehouse in Kerala using any courier service of your choice.

Shipping Cost – The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Confirmation – Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, you will be notified.
Reshipping Fee:
The exchanged item will be shipped back to you for a standard fee of ₹60.
If you prefer faster delivery, options like Speed Post or BlueDart are available for an additional charge.
Option 2: Depieces Managed Exchange
For added convenience, we can manage the entire exchange process for you.
Service Charge: ₹160
This includes handling the return pickup and shipping of the exchanged product.
Important Conditions

We do not offer refunds, except in cancellation cases mentioned in this policy.

The exchanged product must be of equal or greater value than the original item.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your package, please record a clear video of the complete unboxing process, starting from the sealed package. This helps us verify any damage or discrepancies.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team on the same day of delivery.

Review and Processing
Our team will carefully review your submission. You will receive an approval or rejection update within 24 hours.
Approved Replacements
If the replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be processed within 3 business days from the confirmation date.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. -
Undelivered Orders
If an order is confirmed as not delivered and the customer chooses not to receive a replacement product, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the confirmation date.
