📦 Shipping Policy – Depieces

At Depieces, we aim to deliver your favourite styles safely and conveniently to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and charges.

🇮🇳 1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver across India.

  • Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order is placed, subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

  • All delivery timelines are calculated in working days, starting from the next working day after dispatch.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout, where applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.

📦 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: Within 7–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping is available across most serviceable locations in India.

📮 India Post – Speed Post

  • Estimated delivery: Within approximately 6 working days after dispatch.

  • Additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

📅 3. How Delivery Days Are Calculated

Delivery timelines begin on the next working day after dispatch.

Example:

If you place an order on Sunday and select a shipping method with an estimated delivery time of 3 working days:

  • Monday: Order is dispatched and the delivery count begins on the next working day.

  • Tuesday: 1st working day.

  • Wednesday: 2nd working day.

  • Thursday: 3rd working day.

This calculation excludes Sundays and public holidays.

💳 4. Shipping Charges (India)

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹100 per order applies to domestic deliveries, unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion or another shipping rate is displayed at checkout.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

⏳ 5. Extended Delivery Locations

As all orders are dispatched from Kerala, deliveries to certain locations may require an additional 3–5 working days beyond the standard delivery timeline.

These locations include:

  • Jammu & Kashmir

  • Ladakh

  • Rajasthan

  • Punjab

  • Kolkata

Special Note for Jammu & Kashmir

  • Standard deliveries may take 20 working days or more.

  • We recommend choosing India Post Speed Post, which may take approximately 12 working days, depending on the destination and service availability.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.

🔍 6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at checkout, wherever tracking is available.

You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment’s progress.

If you have not received your tracking details or need assistance with your shipment, please contact our customer support team.

📍 7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Depieces cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

📦 8. Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Although we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order details so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

We recommend checking the parcel’s condition upon delivery and contacting us promptly if you notice any damage or delivery-related issues.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier partner. Depieces will assist customers with shipment-related queries and follow-ups where possible.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable in the event of courier delays, subject to our applicable refund and cancellation policy.

  • Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and policies may be updated from time to time.
