CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been shipped or dispatched.
EXCHANGE
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
- We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging.
- We do not offer refunds for exchanges.
SELF PACK & SHIP
- Securely pack the product and send it to our warehouse in Kerala using a courier service of your choice.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- The exchanged product will be shipped back for a ₹60 reshipping fee.
- Faster delivery options such as Speed Post or BlueDart are available at an additional charge.
